- How to tell if your lead is profitable enough for GIC
- How to talk to sellers to get the most information and the best possible price for the property
Earn while you learn as a GIC Property Locator by finding motivated sellers in the area around where you live and work. Find properties that meet our minimum criteria and we will pay you between $5,000 for every real estate lead you submit that results in a deal for GIC.
Not sure how to find the right properties? Not to worry. You will learn everything you need to know to get started during your first week of training. When you get this training, you will be able to make money finding real estate leads for GIC and for other real estate investors.
